		<description>All well and good providing flights into space, but Virgin Balloons can't get you a short distance up and when you claim your refund (as insured) they start with the stories.  
Lets hope Virgin Balloon are soon grounded and Virgin are not about to offer another duff service to space under their good name.</description>
