Virgin 1 is showing Terminator, the Sarah Connor Chronicles in the UK
Posted by: admin in Media & Telecommunications, Virgin MediaWhile I was just watching Virgin 1 (a TV channel available with Virgin Media, Sky Digital and Freeview) I saw a "coming soon" for the new Terminator Series.
The brief advert didn't say when the series is being shown….
The new series premiered in the US on Sunday, and is titled "The Sarah Connor Chronicles".
Is this a big scoop for Virgin?
Or have the rivals (Sky One, Channel 4, Channel 5 etc) just not bidded for it on purpose?
If you've seen the first episode in the US, what's your verdict? Has Virgin 1 bought a lead balloon? Or is it a stroke of genius?

I too saw the trailer, this timeit was during CSI (crime scene investigation)
I immediately checked the internet as there were no details on the advert and the 7 day EPG on Sky+ didnt show the program listed in the next 7 days.
I found out that the series seems to disregard Terminator 3:Rise of the machines and follows on from T2.
Cant wait for this to start, sounds good and im glad it will be shown on Virgin1

Hi guys,
After a quick search on google, I can’t find out when Virgin 1 is actually showing Terminator!!
Does anyone know when the premiere is?
On what day is it regulary going to be shown?
I was also having a look at the other shows that Virgin 1 have bought , and are “coming soon”. These include:
# Chuck - a spy comedy drama that is meant to be a big hit over the pond!
# Bingolotto - a swedish tv/lotto show - What the f**k?!
# Moonlight - a US supernatural drama (X-files like maybe?)
Thoughts on these?

Its showing on Virgin 1 on Feb 21st i think. Its good to see a free channel doing so well.

Now guys as for the song…im showing my age here but if you think back to smackdown for the psone and the credits you get after completing the career, that is the song that plays. Been looking for it for agggggessss THANKS!!!
